Refund Policy

Summary

 

Refunds can only be applied to services such as the freelance services or consulting services, While Digital/downloadable products are final sale because access is provided immediately via download link.

When the refund applies:

A refund can apply in a variety of different ways which we will list in the sections below.

 

Freelance Services

  1.  A refund will be issued if the deliverable does not meet the specifications set out in the initial client request.

  2.    A full refund may be issued if the client cancels within 48 hours of submitting the project request.

  3. A partial refund may be issued provided the project has not exceeded 25% completion.

 

Consulting Services

  1. A Full refund may be issued up to 24 hours before the services to be provided

  2. Requests received within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund.

  3. Webinars may be eligible for a refund as long as the requester for the refund did not attend the session/class or service
